Reporting a Incident or Fault

Reporting it is the best way forward.
As a resident or commercial occupier of your property, it is you responsible to report any incident such as accidental damage, wilful damage and faults at your complex common property.

Examples could be your entry gate stopped working, a vehicle hit the light pole causing damage and many more reasons.

Reporting these matters straight away ensure that we can arrange for the relevant approvals and contractor onsite as quickly as possible. To minimise the effect it may have on you and other residents within your complex.
Your Personal Details
It is important we know who is reporting the incident or the fault incase we need to clarify any details. Your privacy is important to us and is not shared with other residents in the complex.
So we know who is putting in the claim.
In case the Strata Manager needs to contact you regarding your incident report.
So the strata manager can inform you of the process of your incident report
This number identifies your strata plan which can be found on a strata levy invoice issued to you.
Incident or fault Form
Important to complete this section so we know what has happen and what type of contractor is required to attend site to fix the issue.
If you don't know when the incident or fault occurred, use the date you are completing this report.
If you don;t know what time it occurred, enter the time you are reporting the incident or fault
If this is a wilful damage to common property, a Police report is required
When making a report to the Police, they will provide you with a reference or report number.
Please be clear and enter as much information as possible regarding the incident or fault at your complex
If there is a witness, it is important to get their details.
Make sure you get both their first and last name
incase the insurer or strata manager needs to contact the witness.
