Sherwood Strata Management was established in 2003 our primary objective was to create a family owned and run business that would have a personalised approach to all clients. Sherwood Strata Management and team pride themselves on the knowledge they have obtained over the years from being members of firstly The Strata Titles Institute of West Australia known as STIWA and now members of the Strata Community Australia formerly STIWA.

Danny, with over 40 years of experience in the building industry, brings a wealth of knowledge, mentorship, and industry insights. He is committed to ensuring that all trades personnel on Sherwood Strata-managed sites are properly trained, qualified, and deliver tasks correctly the first time. That’s his dedication to making sure things get done right.

Scott brings over five years of experience in the strata industry, offering a deep understanding of the Strata Titles Act WA. Known for his expertise, he confidently references relevant sections to ensure his clients receive accurate and timely information. His attainment of a Certificate IV in Strata Management further validates his comprehensive knowledge of the industry.
