As secretary to the Council of Owners of Gwynne Park Villa, Armadale, I/we have known Linda Slob for some five years. She has carried out the duties of a Strata Manager (Sherwood Stratas) during this time and is still our current Strata Manager.

Linda is both efficient and thorough in all matters pertaining to our villas, and obviously is right up to date on strata matters. She is courteous and very quick to deal with matters such as leaking roofs, broken water pipes and much more. This is great relief to the owners given we have elderly residents in the complex.
